PC Desktop Technical Support & Assistance AI&I offers a range of PC Desktop Technical Support services and solutions to a vast range of computer and internet problems, to suit your personal and professional needs. In order to provide the type of assistance best suited to your particular case, we need to first assess what type of problem you have. Our main priority is to fix your IT problems in a timely and efficient manner so that your computer is back up and running as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on our level of customer service, with an experienced technician who is able to talk with you in a non-technical language. With AI&I you have peace of mind that you have expertise in place that can resolve your daily IT challenges. Through our PC desktop Technical Support & Assistance service we can help you at our workshop or by making a personal on-site visit. If the problem can't be fixed quickly, we can take your computer back to our workshop and deliver it back to you when the problem has been rectified. Typical problems you may encounter and need IT support and assistance with: • Disaster Recovery, Data Back-up & Data Retrieval including lost passwords, where possible. • Problems with software or peripherals during installation or removal. • You want or need a small network installed or are having problems with an existing networked system. • Software conflicts. Programs that refuse to load or "jam" your computer. • Cleaning Virus, Spyware and Adware infected PCs. • PC Crash recovery - It won't start, it won't run or keeps "locking-up". On-site Support & Workshop Technical Assistance There will be instances where the only solution is to visit on-site at your home or place of work. Such a "call-out" may not only serve to provide immediate assistance but it also might prevent future problems and glitches when other issues associated with that fault may be evident. In other words, there may be underlying reasons why a computer fault has occurred (or will keep on occurring) which may be difficult and time-consuming to ascertain over the phone and/or without seeing the hardware and software operating environments. If required after an on-site diagnostic, we may need to work on your PC in the workshop for batch repair programs to run overnight, to test for intermittent faults or install corrective software or operating system software patches. You may wish to leave your PC with us for that purpose. If required after a phone-call diagnostic, you may choose to bring your PC directly to us or arrange for us to collect it and bring it back to you if you live in the Carcassonne or Montagne Noire locality. |
